Premier Youth Employment Services
Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
empowering you to permanently enter the workforce!
Every student (ages 14-21) with a disability and a 504 or an IEP is eligible to participate in our Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA).
Our after school program and career camps are fully funded by the Department of Education and Vocational Rehabilitation and are for all students with a 504 or an IEP. You do not have to be a current VR customer.
Students can be referred to VR by their school's transition counselor or guidance counselor, or you may contact VR yourself at https://rehabworks.org/student-youth/student-steps.html
Our goal is to provide students with disabilities an early start at career exploration by augmenting their school experience with workplace activities through programs such as:
Focusing on soft skills or job readiness skills
Postsecondary Educational Counseling
Increase awareness of wide range of career pathways
